Beginner Kickboxing or?

I'm going to start off by saying I've never been comfortable doing Zumba. I have two left feet and every time I've gone, even at the gym, I always feel like the one just....flopping around in the back.

What I really want to learn is some kind of fighting style. Not because when I'm thin I have this need to beat people up XP but I've always felt like it's a good way to release tension and, as Bruce Lee says, express yourself.

So being in the 220s, not very strong, what could be good for me? Boxing? Kickboxing? Any type of style I don't know of???

  • I am interested in what people have to say here, because i too have always wanted to do this. but I am not in the best shape and really need to know what I should begin with.
