Need some midweek motivation?! Join us for a "Skinny Wed.!" This is what it entails....double, double, double!
:happy: Double your water intake (within healthy limits)
:grumble: Double your exercise
:drinker: Double your will-power to log every calorie that crosses your lips and to STOP eating after supper!
This will help us to meet the end of the week with a smile on our face knowing that we've done our best!:bigsmile:
We will be looking forward to a meeting with Mr. Scale, rather than dreading that weekly date! I am up for it! Are you in??? I AM SO IN!!!!

I'm in!!! Great idea! Although...I already drink 8-10 glasses of water each day plus a cup of coffee so I don't think I'll do the double water part!!!0

I'm up for it as well! I think I get enough water but I'm going to make sure that I stick to just water tomorrow. I usually get a good amount of exercise in too but I'm home from college on spring break and my exercise routine has been lacking so I'm going to make sure I step it up tomorrow. I also think my nephew has a ball game tomorrow and we'll be eating out somewhere so I know once I choose the healthiest meal I can find (wherever we may go) that it will be the last of my eating for the day! Can't wait to step on the scales Friday !!! Good luck everyone!0

Count me in!! I don't snack after dinner anymore but I can ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS drink more water... and a few more minutes on the elliptical wouldn't hurt, either. :laugh:

I am so in. I was so bad today but I had MOPS (mother of preschooler) but they let birth Thur kindergarten and we always have a meal and I don't know the calories and I really don't want to know to. And then to top it off my parent babysit Caia and we got to go out to for a date witch we haven't been able to do for 7 mounts. We went to Perkins and I don't want to know my calories for that to. It was so nice to go out for a bit by our self without Caia. But now it is time to get back on track.0

I'm in! Sounds like a great idea! I'm up a pound today. I workout at the gym, I don't eat crazy bad foods, but I quit smoking, and the pounds are adding up. Could some of this be muscle gain? I do lift weights. . . UGH! I can't give up! What's the alternative? I'm so frustrated!!!0

Ok......Heeeeeeeeere we go! I had a healthy breakfast, am hitting the treadmill before work and plan on chugging the H20 all day! I am planning another evening workout as well! Oh yes, it is going to be a good day! STAY STRONG!0

Hello everyone! :bigsmile: I'm in too!! double the water no problem! but the healthy food i already sort of blew with the banana bread I had for breakfast! but the rest of the day should be great!
