I am not sure how long has it been since you have started, the pace at which you lose weight would depend on what you are eating and how much you are working out, both are set as private so cant check if you have been doing things right?
However when I started out, I started seeing results after about 6 weeks as far as I remember, its almost 10 months since, so don't remember exactly though.0 -

What's the opposite of tldr
If its been 3 weeks of your new routine, you haven't slipped up, you've logged food realistically (not just guessing), you have a reasonable deficit and you haven't lost weight... See the doctor.0
