I need your help...

I threw out my back last Wednesday and can still barely move... Which means no gym time :-( My weigh in was Thursday and I lost 1 pound but today I am up 2 pounds. My calories are set at 1600 plus I'd work out to burn 300-500 calories 5x a week and usually ate 1400-1500 calories. My question is, should l lower my calories while I can't work out?

    We need to know your stats to really help out. Probably could lower your intake by 100-200 cals and be okay.

    Your weight gain from Thursday to Sunday is most likely not legitimate weight ie water weight. If you're tracking accurately and consistently you would've had to consume 7000 calories above maintenance to gain 2 lbs in three days. Probably not what happened.
