calories and activity

Does anyone change there calorie intake daily or weekly in accordance to there own personal activities. Here is my problem I am 5ft 3 inches with a current weight of 258. As an Executive chef some weeks I am super busy running around a kitchen all day for 9-10hrs. My calories for this on MFP is 1600. Though some weeks I am stuck in the office for most the day. When I calculate this it is 1270, which is the amount I have been eating for the past 5 weeks. So my question is should I chance it week by week or just choose somewhere in between and stick with that.

    You could set it to the lower level and on the days/weeks that you have higher activity, log that as some form of exercise to bring you up to an appropriate calorie level for those days/weeks.
