One year on MFP

I started MFP one year ago yesterday and have to say that my only disappointment with it is that I didn't find out about it sooner. I started out on February 2nd at 177 lbs......jumped up to 179 lbs thanks to the Super Bowl and have been impressed ever since. I dropped down to 150 lbs on August 23rd, which means that lost 27 lbs in 29 weeks which was pretty damned close to my goal for 1 lb per week. Vacations and conferences torpedoed a few weeks along the way. I intentionally bulked back up to 160 lbs to try and gain some lean muscle mass and am nearly back to 150 lbs on my current cut.
It's a great site and I hope that everyone on here finds their own success with it.
