Activity Level?

I've been having trouble deciding what do set my activity level at.. for the most part of my day (5-10 hours) I'm usually either standing or moving at a slow pace, I also do a bit of cooking and cleaning (maybe 2-4 hours, daily). I don't really feel like this makes me "lightly active" but defiantly wouldn't call myself sedentary. What do you suggest I set it at?

I also run HIIT'S 3x a week and am starting to incorporate 60 min of Zumba in 5x a week but I plan on factoring that into my "exercise" rather than my "activity level', if this makes a difference.
