Hi my name is Aly.

I found this site a while ago and started using it and them life took over and I have up trying to lose weight! But I'm back and more determined than ever to do this!

Unlike my previous attempts I'm not doing anything too crazy. I am being taught to eat sensibly and healthily and workout properly by my trainer Adam. He's the one who suggested I joined the site as somewhere to talk about my weight loss as other than him I don't really have much support!

Anyway I'm looking for friends for mutual support!
