In need of

some tips besides tae bo what other exercises should I do? Any weight training? I want to lose the weight and tone at the same time is tae bo enough or should i add something else?

    Weight loss happens in the kitchen, fitness happens in the gym so choose whatever exercise you like to do and will stick with. It's good to mix some cardio with some strength training.

    I do the biggest looser cardio max dvd. It calls for weights start with 2lb and go up. :) Its a 3level challange. I've been doing it since Jan and I've dropped about 12" off body and lost about 4lbs. I agree that to get the maxium benifits you need to add strength into cardio but do something you enjoy!!!
