Found this - seems ok

    I agree its too long to take it all in. I glanced at the weight lifting section as I currently do Stronglifts 5 x 5 and that part seems to be OK. My only concern would be that it appears to be one person's blog. There is no evidence to back it that I could see.

    All I would say is, you may yourself find some helpful things in there, but just be aware it is one persons's take on things. I tend to thoroughly research things I need to know from many different sources and compare them before making any decisions.
