What if we have active jobs...?

Hi everyone, really sorry if there is already a post asking this...
I have been logging in all my food and exercise and I do eat back my calories. However, I am a waitress and I work in a very busy place. I am walking fast for the best part of at least 5 hours when I'm at work. Should I log this in or just be on the highly active setting? My problem is that MFP still recommends 1200 calories which is just not enough for me.
I've raised it to 1400 to start tomorrow to see if that makes me feel better.
So... To log my work walking hours or to not log?
Thank you!!
Roxy

Change your weight loss goal to 1lb/week and set your activity level to active.0

get a bodymedia fit armband. it will log all of that activity for you!0

Or indeed a Fitbit. It will log all your steps and sync them straight into MFP.0

This calculator is a bit more detailed, you can actually put in the minutes. (:
