Hello All,
I'm not new to weight loss, but I am new here!
I had great success on Weight Watchers, and lost 19lbs last spring. But the cost kept me from renewing, and I gained it all back in the year since. A good friend turned me on to My Fitness Pal. I'm determined to get myself healthy this time around.

I'm a working mom of 3; twins in college and a 13-year-old at home. I love to cook, read, walk, spend time with my husband, and mostly laugh. My motivation is to grow old with the healthiest possible body. I'm passionate about politics, and would one day like to run for office. Can't "run" if I'm fat and out of breath!

Good luck to everyone here.

Hello there! I am also an "older" WW user. Back about 20 years ago I lost 60# on WW an gained it all slowly back and like you the cost to go to WW is not in the budget now. I'm new to fitness pal also. I've had a rough road of it lately with a hip & knee replacement & 3 major back surgeries in the last 5 years. I'm determined to get the 60+ pounds off NOW! I assume I'm a lot older than you so please learn from my experience & get the weight off now so you don't end up like like me with 5 surgeries in 5 years! I have trouble walking let alone running! LOL
