Does anyone know how to post the individual Insanity workouts in the exercise log? How do you know the number of calories burned per workout? I would prefer not to make something up and I want to ensure I get the right amount of food per day. Thanks!

    Do you have a HRM?

I log Insanity by creating my own exercise and calculate the calories burned by the average heart rate, weight, height, gender etc..

Thanks for the suggestion. No, I don't have a heart rate monitor but it looks like I might have to invest in one.
