My 6 Day workout week

Day 1
- 30 minute interval jog/elliptical ( Jog 3 minutes, run as fast as I can 1 minute...repeat)
-4 Chest work outs
-4 tri workouts
Day 2
-20 minute calisthetic work out (or cardio)
-30 minute (minimum) yoga
Day 3
-30 minute interval jog/elliptical ( Jog 3 minutes, run as fast as I can 1 minute...repeat)
-4 Back work outs
-4 Bicep work outs
Day 4 (this can be a possible rest day)
-20 minute calisthetic work out (or cardio)
-30 minute (minimum) yoga
Day 5
-30 minute interval jog/elliptical ( Jog 3 minutes, run as fast as I can 1 minute...repeat)
- 4 leg work outs
-4 shoulder work outs
Day 6
-20 minute calisthetic work out (or cardio)
-30 minute (minimum) yoga
Day 7 Rest
This is the week I try to aim for. You can burn a ton of calories with this work out..while not overdoing yourself.
I work 11 hour days So I have to min/max my gym time and I find this works quite nice. I know I can just spend more time on the Treadmill or Elliptical how-ever I enjoy lifting weights. Motivation tactic.
