Hi Guys,

I originally joined this about 2 years ago, started off great and then life events took over and everything came to a stand still I am now over 300lbs and the biggest I have ever been and enough Is enough the one thing I didnt do before was join in in the community/forum on here if I had I might not be doing this all over again.

So I am looking to make contact with others so we can cheer each other on and also support each other even with a kind word, I think it was this part that was lacking when I tried this before so would be really grateful to anyone who is willing to add me and lets make 2013 the year that counts

    I lost 78lbs back in 09/2010 I too let tragic things and life in general get me off track but I am here now more with a positive attitude and willpower .... I always say I CAN DO THIS ...YOU CAN DO THIS ... WE CAN DO THIS .... Good luck with your weight loss journey and you are more than welcome to add me :wink:
