Exercise Motivation!!

Ok, after 10 months of using myfitnesspal, I have lost 170 pounds. During this time, I have not exercised at all. I have around 20 pounds to go to reach my goal weight of 230. My life has changed greatly and I am loving my new self, but after all of this weight loss, you would think that I am so stoked to have this new body that I would have gotten into the gym much earlier. I need to figure something out so that I can get that last push to complete this transformation. What can I do to get my *kitten* going?! Please help!
