I start co-op in a week, and It's at a child care center.
I'm going to be bringing my own lunch each day.

I was wondering if anyone has simple, cheap, and easy lunch ideas so I don't get bored with just salad/veggies?

  • I make turkey wraps with pickles or feta and cucumber turkey sandwhiches. Celery and peanut butter. And idk where you shop for groceries but if you go down the aisles with jello/pudding they have cheap pudding cups that dont have to be refridgerated or jello. Apple sauce, fruit cups stuff like that.
  • You do need protein. I suggest using leaf lettuce as the wrap and use turkey, chicken or fish. Celery has hardly any nutritional value. Eat raw broccoli, banana, apples.etc If youre serious stay away from anything refined. It will pay off

Fiber One wrap (or whatever low carb wrap you can find)
    Spring mix to tolerance
Mushrooms raw or boiled in low fat/sodium chicken broth
A thin stripe of sirrachi chili sauce
    profit
