So i thought I would give myself a treat and get one of those chocolate and vanilla (twist) soft serve yogurts from braums tomorrow... But I am real unsure about calories. Diff website says diff things. Anyoen have any ideas... I am not into sweets so this is the closest I can get and like it. :-)

    Ugh, Braum's is one of my downfalls. I love their malts, burgers, sundaes, pies... Yeah usually just forego counting cals that day call it a cheat day, and workout for a couple hours hoping to balance it all....
    The Braum's website shows the nutrition info for a soft serve cone to be

    230 cal
    9 g fat
    30 mg cholesterol
    150 mg sodium
    33 g carb, 27 g sugar
    0 g fiber
