Adding Jumba on top of a 6 day work out???

I noticed at my Gym they offer Jumba. I would love to do this as something fun to my work out. I'm already working it hard on my 6 days, so would this be too much to add on?

You mean Zumba? It's a cardio dance class, if that's what you meant. Totally fun, and go ahead and add it in. You'll love it.
You really only need 5-6 hours a week of steady, intense exercise. Some of that should be strength (resistance or weight lifting).0 -

The class is pretty small and looks like a lot of fun, and I think for me to keep going this entire process needs to be fun if it's going to be a way of life from now on. : )

I get it. I've been on the tequila party boat for a couple hours already myself. . . I'm typing and proof-reading carefully.

Yeah, I won't work out if it's not fun. I love zumba. I do youtube zumba videos, but if I lived closer to town and had more money I would LOVE take an actual class.0 -

Just be careful! Zumba is completely addictive. It got me over 6 years ago, and I just can't stop.....I'm even pushing it on others! Just hit my 55lb mark in Zumba related weight loss.0
