Just joined

I just joined the site and this is all new to me. I have lost weight and gained it back. I got about half way to my goal weight and then "fell off the healthy wagon." I can use any tips on meal ideas and fun exercise - so I don't get bored. I walk or run now and occasionally do Turbo Jam or other DVD's. Any suggestions would be great!
