I was trying to ask a serious question and hopefully get advice. Sorry if I am not to par to your standards.
I was using heart rate monitor.

Thank you all for your unwelcoming opinion. I hope other reads this so they know not everyone on this site is to help but to mock other users.
I was burnig lots of calories cause I want to loose the weight. You know calorie in calorie out crap.

And now you've locked your profile down all private like - if you want help, you gotta open up and be willing to accept the advice given, and dig in a research a little on your own! Like I said, I've learned heaps in the past year or more here at MFP - you search, read, study, do some trial and error, see what's working best for others with similar goals, and make the necessary changes. There are many great examples of how to do this around here, and most are very willing to help out and share info.0
