Just read a great article in Consumer Reports "Lose Weight Your Way" - Feb 13. It gives 5 key points that I am going to pay attention to for losing some lbs. Keeping track, like on MFP, Adjust you expectations, define your eating style, Prioritize lifestyle changes and one specific to a certain diet (not so applicable unless you are following this particular plan). There is a survey of diets, and lots of data about fitness equipment too. Just passing it along.
I am new to using this MFP. Joined awhile ago, but have not been using it. Glad I am finallying getting on board.

Thanks for the reply. I am slow getting started but I am going to start getting on everyday and really work this. Going out for a walk in the neighbothood now. I still don't know how to use all of this sites tools. I am going to try to add you as a friend, although I am hoping Add Smiley will do it. Funny, so green here. Keep in touch, your a good role model looking at your progress!
