I am new to Myfitnesspal, but not new to exercise and fitness. I lost about 33 pounds when I moved to Mexico last year, but due to various reasons, gained back about 20. My goal is to get back down to a healthy weight at 155 by April 19th. I feel like I actually understand how to do it this time, and am looking forward to learning some stuff along the way!
