Dear All,

I just joined MFP to finally make a change this year. I cant even tell you how often I started a new diet. I am sick and tired of all this. I want to look great, be able to dress sexy and now I am here.

I have tried to not weight myself for the last few weeks and just eat healthy. Turned out that this turned into a slow weight gain. The scale just showed me a 91 and I almost fall off of it...

I am looking for a couple friends that have the same amount of weight to lose.

    Hi, i totally hear you :), that is so me too, im 36 and from Australia and so over it, im so hoping this works, I really truly am going to try. I find i get massive headaches but have just found out today that 600ml of water with red cordial is only 8 calories, so i have decided it is going to be a DIET MUST HAVE ha ha
