I kinda sucked last month. I was all motivated for the New Year to kick some butt with my weight loss. But I totally wasn't motivated with my workouts, I ate poorly, and didn't drink enough water. I think I lost one pound in January. Ugh. So I'm just getting on track for February. I gave myself 2 goals to reach every day. I have to exercise and I have to drink my water. I have to keep it simple or I will fail. If it is a rest day from exercise, I still have to be moving or go on a walk or something. Hopefully I will see the scale move this month! For my exercise I am on my second round of Jillian Michael's Body Revolution. During my first round i lost 23 pounds. So far this time I've lost 8, and I start Phase 3 tomorrow.
