Disaster...30 day Ripped

Help! have been doing 30 day Ripped and have now reached week 3. Today did day 1 and could only do about 50% if that. What do I do!!!

    Either way - have you taken any rest days, or are you going straight through? How's your food intake? Meeting your daily goal, eating back exercise cals?

    If you're not taking rest days, start! The body needs time to rest and recover - even Jillian says take at least one day off per week (despite the titles of the DVDs, she says she never intended them to be done for 30 days straight).

    If you're eating too little, that could be it as well - food is fuel!
