Just found this. This recipe comes out to only 166 calories per serving, with 5 grams of fat and 3 grams of protein. Yum yum!

I just made this today, and was blown away!! We topped it with a tiny bit of hershey syrup and some whipped cream...now, I can't wait for some more over ripe bananas!! This is the consistency of gelato! I used my cuisinart.

I do this minus the peanut butter but with cocoa powder - amazing chocolate icecream. A splash of instant coffee mixed with water as well as the cocoa is also good. Yum!

Usually I do the plain banana, take out a scoop and put in my bowl, whizz the remainder up with cocoa, take out a scoop, then finish with the coffee. Three scoops of different flavours in one bowl for just 100 cals (for a medium size banana).

  • Best part of this is that it's all natural instead of eating low-calorie diet garbage food from the grocery store!
