Calories in tea?

Hi I regularly drink tea with milk and was wondering if anybody adds the calories from this? I don't as I don't know how I would know how much calories there is in it?! Does anybody add their calories from milk and how much do you add?

If it's anything other than the tea itself, then I count the calories because milk is full of them. Half a cup of skim milk is 45 calories so any higher content milk would probably be more. So I definately would! :-)0

the tea itself is usually 0 calories, (check the tea box nutrition chart), but the milk does have caloric value. measure out how much milk you use, and then find how many calories that is. and there you are!
so if you want to add in to MFP, i would just enter in the milk, but not the tea.
(ex. tea is 0, 1/8 cup non fat skim is about 15 calories...)0 -
