Hey everyone!
Thanks for starting the thread every week Cyndi!! Gets me motivated.
This weeks weigh in . . . 138.5 lbs.:grumble: But I think it has a lot to do with me training for this half marathon, gaining muscle. I do feel good, so its not like i'm going to fall off the wagon. Training is going great! I did 4 miles on Saturday. I felt really good and I am very happy that I started this new journey.:bigsmile: Had a good easy run yesturday too, 2.7 miles. Rest day today and then 3 miles tomorrow, hoping the snow melts away so I can do it.
