I either have fruit, water or chew sugarless gum and before I hit the bed for the night brush my teeth  ..good luck0

That is EXACTLY how I am. I save a lot of my calories for the night because I am a night owl and I stay up very late. Without those calories for night, I would either starve or go over my calories completely.0

I try to eat a little something throughout the day. If I let more than 4 hours pass without eating, I start feeling really hungry. Instead of two or three meals, I usually eat five or six mini meals.
My son, who is also watching his weight, is a breakfast, lunch, big dinner guy, so we are still trying to figure out how to meet both of our needs. It's going to take us a bit to find a rhythm.
And like myjourneyof20, I save a good portion of my calories for late in the day. I always save enough calories for a kashi chocolate chip cookie and maybe a bowl of cereal, popcorn, or a piece of dark chocolate. (I can go light on the carbs all day, but come 10 p.m. I am craving something sweet and carb-filled. So, I plan for it.0 -
definatly drink lots of water, clean teeth and if you can help it go to be early.. because then you can just wake up and have breakfast0

I save some of my calories and have a 'mini' protein shake (just 1/3 a serving of protein, a serving is 60g) and water shortly before I go to sleep. Until I started doing that I was having serious insomnia because I was so hungry at bed time.0

If I get hungry at night, first I drink a glass or two of cold water. If I'm still hungry after 20 minutes, then I'll have a yogurt, or some fruit (apple, orange, etc.), or some chicken. I've found usually the water is all I seem to need and the hunger is really just a craving for something extra that I really don't need.0

you can eat whenever u want as long as its within your calorie goals for the day .Meal timing is irrelevant to weight loss/gain0

Thanks you guys i will take all of this in consideration!0

I have a HUGE issue with night binging... so I pray and also chew a few fiber wafers to 'fill' me up. xoxo0

If I can manage it, I save enough calories up for a snack - generally that means eating healthy during the day and eating my exercise calories at night.
If I've had "one of those days" and ate my way through all 1700 calories, I do something I know will distract me, like reading a really good book or playing my favorite video game, and keep a glass of water on-hand. The water gives me something to reach for (instead of chips or cookies) and the activity keeps my mind off munchies.0 -
