How long should this take me?

Hey guys!!

So I've been slacking lately because I dislocated my knee a few weeks back and havent started any physical therapy yet or anything. :( I need to figure out what kind of exercise to do as I really want to lose the weight I have. It's absolutely killing my self-confidence. I am currently 145 lbs and need to be 110-115. How long do you think this would take me if I ate clean but had minimal exercise because of my knee?

You're already so low in weight but probably around 8 months because of the fact that you're "skinny" already. Good luck, even though I think 145 pounds is fine already.

If you can't do any exercise at all, I would say 7-9 months, depending on your metabolism, just to be safe. If you can do some exercise, such as those involved the arms, I would say 5 or 6 months.

URL to some exercises that don't require your lower extremities:

I am sure there are more too!

I feel for you because I was extremely active my whole life then got some bad health problems & ended up being stuck in bed for like 2 years. It sux not being able to do anything.
Do you have access to a pool? Pools are often good sources to do different workouts for those that are limited in their movement.
I also personally really love Pilates for reasons such as that too. It's very low impact & you can spend most of the time lying on your back it seems (which I loved, because my back bothers me.)
