I wouldn't never cut out my diary. It's a quite useful tool for tracking calories and macros.

There's nothing to prove DAIRY is keeping the average person from LOSING the weight they would like to. As with all other foods, if taken in moderation and a balanced diet, you'll be fine. Maybe re-examine how many calories you're eating, your nutrient macros and how much you're actually doing at the gym.0
