Hello, back again

Hello there
I was a member on here a while back and sort of drifited off.
Back now with more determination!
My wife & I are starting the Fast Diet - where you have two calorie restricted days of about 1/4 of you normal calories.
Seems to be working. Good point is you don't have to worry about the other 5 days!
I'm still entering all my food/exercise data for each day - just to monitor things.
I'm on blood pressure pills now and so I've set up BP measurements too.
Ineterested to hear from any other folk who are on this regime?
