Obsessed with fizzy drink

This is my biggest problem. I cannot control it. But I hate it in the mornings. I usually have juice or a cup of tea, then breakfast, then will usually have my first glass of fizzy drink at around midday. I used to drink Coke and I still love it, but have gone down to just Coke Zero or Pepsi Max. I now drink a lot of Pepsi Max. This is my biggest downfall is having a sneaky glass of Coke.

Has anyone else had this problem and how have you fixed it? Thank you.

    I love diet coke and pepsi max too so I can sympathise.

    One thing I've started doing, which I mainly started to increase my water intake but it's also helping me to lower my pepsi intake, is to make a deal with myself that I can only have a glass of pepsi if I've already drunk 1-2 full glasses of water. So, essentially the bargain is 1 water = 1 pepsi, but now I've started it's been closer to 2 water = 1 pepsi.

    I never really cared much for soda, but I do like carbonated drinks. I started drinking carbonated juices, now I just drink carbonated water all the time, maybe with a little lemon. :)
