Hi, i have a question regarding the weight for baked foods and steamed foods. With the same size, baked foods weigh much less than steamed foods, is it accurate? because i can eat more gram by baking my foods, especially sweet potatoes.

You should weigh them BEFORE you cook them, not after. The weight the potato lost by baking is water, so the actual calorie count of the potato hasn't changed; there are now just more calories per gram. If you weigh your potato after baking it, you're fooling yourself on how many calories you're eating.0
