I lost quite a bit of weight after my first child by running (I have a treadmill at home). I have finally committed to losing my baby weight after my second child and have started back running.
Running for me is hard. I have to get up at 5AM as that is the only time in the day I can run. I am looking for motivation from a running buddy to hit new milestones with.
Anyone?

I'm a full-time student and I get up at 6:30am every morning so that I can get a run in before classes start for the day. But since I don't have a treadmill, it's hard to muster up the will power to get my tush out the door (and into the cold). And sometimes, once I'm out there, I run a block, and turn around and come back.
I'm trying to aim for a 30 minute run 6 days a week with one rest day.0 -
I too run on treadmill.I am just a beginner and cant run straight at 8 miles/hr for more than 4 mins.I mix my running with interval training for 45 minutes for now, hope I can run for long...You could add me for support!0
