Just weighed myself

I've been following my calorie count for 5 days and weighed myself today and by the scale have lost 3 lbs. My Doctor suggested I use this sight to help me get a handle on weight because of diabetes I have tried WW and hated the writing down of everything and their web site was hard to move arounf in for me but I'm happy here

    Congratulations. I like being able to take mfp with me on my phone and the bar code scanner can be a real time saver. I have type 1 diabetes, not the end of the world but if you can avoid type 2 that's a real goal to aim for.
