Is it possible to have stretchmarks and look good naked?

    My husband says I look great with them, so yes!!! I gained 100 pounds with my first and 50 from my second, so I have some massive stretch marks!! Embrace them, they are well earned!!!!

    Dear lord I hope mine look good in the end, I am with ya... I have strechmarks EVERYWHERE! Behind my knee's, on hips, thighs, stomach and even on my chest. It's like I was an overstreched balloon when I was pregnant and my skin just never bounced back!

    I can say my mom has tummy stretch marks like me but most of the time you don't notice, they really do blend in over time and some of the people I see in fitness they have them and you barely notice with all those muscles distracting you. I just hope to get that and keep it like that :)

    definitely <3 get some bio oil or something and rub in circular motions every night, that'll decrease them :) you look beautiful no matter what size you are or what marks you have on your body... x

    I think so. I've had them since age 12. I was thin then but I'm just prone to them I guess. The first time a guy saw them, on the only occassion i was brave enough to wear a bikini in public, I was very embarrassed. Then he just laughed and said he had them too, on his butt. Crisis averted

    And th good news is, they tend to fade. My old ones are barely noticeable.

    Happily, stretch marks are finally acceptable and are considered to be 'tiger stripes' or battle scars, whatever.. No one has a perfect body, nor should they strive to be 'perfect'. If I had to give up my stretchmarks I wouldn't have my 3 awesome kids.. or my 4 even more awesome grandkids. Those stretchmarks gave me the life that I have today and I couldn't imagine it any other way.
    Most of mine are on my butt, but this 51 year old lady is going to be wearing a bikini in public this summer. I don't care what anyone thinks. I earned them!

    My boyfriend says they are my tiger stripes and he thinks they are pretty as they are unique :)
    They are there from giving birth. Something every mother should be proud of. I think yours look fab, especially when you get tanned. They shine and do look like tiger stripes. Would not change you for the world hun :-)

    ^^^ I like this! I have them and my body is not ruined, I'm an effing Tiger who EARNED my stripes! Plus they lead to the 2 most beautiful things in my world...my 2 children!!

    oh hon.... i am loaded with them... after gaining 124 lbs for one pregnancy.... i accept them as my badges of honor and courage... and yes you can look good nekkid with them!!!!

    I think you can look great naked no matter the amount of stretchmarks, size, etc... a lot of it comes down to how confident you are with yourself.

    I agree with this SO MUCH! Others have made points that they're sometimes from children, and you've gained so much in return for your kids. Some have said that most people have them or other marks, and they aren't a big deal. I concur! However, the biggest thing is confidence in yourself. I asked my boyfriend once if they bothered him, and he said "no!" If I'd continued to talk about it, I think they would bother him. However, because I hold myself with confidence and pride whether my stretchmarks are visible on my arms, tummy, etc. they aren't a problem.

    Confidence, happiness, and pride is what makes you sexy, not the lack of or addition of stretchmarks!

    You will look as good as you feel, so most day hopefully you will look damn good, but other days you may not feel as good and so think that you maybe do not look as good. Be confident and be happy, isn't it the journey not the destination. I have tons of stretch marks but I would not change anything, because I have 4 wonderful children and a good husband and a good life right now!

    Have you ever seen the show, "how to look good naked"? None of the women on that show are perfect, but they learn to love themselves and flaunt what they have. See if you can find some old episodes on lifetime.com

    I KNOW I DO!! I have had four boys and trust me i have them on my stomach and my arms, which i hate having on my arms because you can see them if i wear a short sleeve shirt, so I rarely do.

    We don't have no time to worry bout no **** like stretch marks... They came from either 1 of 2 things... Either you was big & got small, or you were small & got big ! Either way we ****in... Either Waaay!- Katt Williams on stretch marks!
    I swear that was the first thing I thought of! LOL! Even tho he's crazy now, Pimp Chronicles Pt 1 was funny as hell!

    Celebrities and such have stretchmarks too. I've seen photos in my mother's magazines and I'm sure you could google it and find some. Don't worry about it.

    Your beautiful don't worry about the stretch marks. While worried about my own stretchmarks, several years ago, I came across this site http://theshapeofamother.com/ . I kind of felt each story helped me feel ok about my flaws.

    If someone looking at you naked is turned off by some stretch marks, they're not worthy of seeing you naked in the first place.

    Absolutely~! Soft lighting works wonders. Try to let go of your worries and know that you ARE sexy~! I think men find it super attractive when women act (even if you don't quite feel it) confident and comfortable in their own unique skin. Thoughts?

    I call mine battle scars. They tell a story and make me a more interesting person. They say you have lived. That in itself is sexy to me. Ive had two awesome kids so the stretch marks are a small price to pay.

    Yes! I've noticed mine on my tummy have started fading and I'm not sure why...but you have to own what you've got. Be confident because that's a huge part of it. But everyone has them, my boyfriend has them on his sides, my younger brother has them on his shoulders and chest...everyone one has them so don't fret. :)

    Don't worry about that at all. I promise you can still look incredibly hot to a guy even with stretch marks.

    I have many stretch marks from carrying my 3 beautiful children, my husband loves me my stretch marks and all and once I lose this weight I will still feel beautiful even with them, it reminds me of my 3 beautiful blessings God gave to us

    it seems like the sexiest people I know all have stretch marks. A guy who grew real tall real fast in high school had them on his thighs...still sexy. Another one who lifted and got them on his arms/armpit area...still sexy. A woman who had a baby and could still fit in her bikini soon after had a few on her belly....still sexy. Another girl who got them during puberty when she developed had them on her well endowed chest...still sexy.

    I almost venture to say these people are sexy for precisely the reasons they got the stretch marks, Tall height, muscular biceps, fertility, big chest. It would almost seem hard to be sexy w/o getting stretch marks, lol.
