My favorite breakfast smoothie - not super low-cal but works for breakfast then the rest for a morning snack
1 apple
1 banana (or 1/2)
1 orange (or 1/2)
1 cup fat free plain greek yogurt
1 cup frozen chopped spinach
1 stalk celery
hanfdul of broccoli florets
1 T flaxseed
handful of ice
a little bit of water0
