  • I think so...I am over it every single day and way under on carbs. I'm not doing a low carb diet or anything...just how I eat. Still feeling good and losing weight so I think it is ok. How do you feel?

well I feel good, I started my new diet on the weekend, but yesterday was my first day tracking it on here. I am way under on carbs but REALLY under on fat. what are some good, healthy ffoods that can make up for that? When I think of carbs and fat I think of potato chips! lol no thanks!

within reason sure. Many agree that this site, especially if your doing weight training, is a little light on protein anyway.

For fats, add in some nuts. Put an avocado (or a portion of it) in your salad or on a wrap. Make your own salad dressing with olive oil. Just a couple of ideas.

Yes, I am always over my protein limit, the ratio on MFP is low, should be closer to 40%carbs-30%fat-30%protein especially if you are working out. I always make sure to stay under my fat limit and have had great success in weight loss.

I wish i had that problem. i am still trying to get in all my protien without going over on fat. Today though looks like im gonna go over on my carbs but be just under on Fat and Protien. oh well still trying to get the right combo.

my protein is only supposed to be 63. It is probably set higher for a man. Most of mine comes from lean meats and skim milk if that helps you at all Tim. Eggs would help too, but I'm anti-eggs if I can't eat the yolk, lol.

Yeah Kerri i probably eat more cal in protien than you eat ( just a guess). my MFP goal is like 360g per day. personally i usually get at least 300, min i need to keep building muscle.

I Eat 6 hard boiled egg whites and one hard boiled egg plus a meal replacement shake with skim milk every morning......90grms protien.

couple protien shakes per day and about 3 cups diced chicken breast and another 6 or 7 oz turkey breast and i still come up short most days.

I have to say though i love MFP and i feel for the first time i will reach my goals.
