Am I Crazy?

Ok, so I haven't lost a lot of weight yet. I just started, so I don't expect or want to drop more than a pound a week. Aside from having a little more energy and clothes that are starting to feel a just a smidge looser, I don't really see the difference. On Saturday two people told me, separately and at different places, that my weight loss is noticeable. While it's nice to be told that, I wish I could see it. Then end-up thinking they are just full of beans. I need to get a picture of myself to compare every month. Am I nuts, or do other people feel this way too?

You see yourself every day. You won't notice it as fast as others will.
    Take pictures.

<--- I was stuck at 38lbs lost for the last 3 weeks, so I took and compared photos. Helps a WHOLE LOT. I didn't see much of a loss, and I still don't. The mind will catch up eventually!

Your body can change shape without losing actual pounds. You may have lost fat and gained muscle, so the scale doesn't show it, but you look different. Hey, people thought you looked good! That's good no matter what!
