I'd like to have a spreadsheet or something where I can log my weight, sets, and reps to monitor my progress. Does anyone have something like that? I'm not good at setting up spreadsheets in a logical and legible way. I know I can log it on MFP, but I'd like a better visual than MFP has given me in the past.

Do you mean something like this?
I have this in a plastic sleeve, which is tacked on to a cork board with push pins. I use a dry erase marker to record my numbers. If you want to track progress, you can either update your spreadsheet on your computer or take a picture of the physical sheet before you update your numbers.0 -
Fitocracy.com, perhaps? It's not a spreadsheet, but you can record your strength training and other exercise and chart your progress there.0

bodybuilding.com has a pretty good program like that as well, if you sign up.0
