Couldn't figure out how I was loosing weight so quickly then I figured it out. I would eat every day for breakfast something from Dunkin Donuts. I just did the Calorie count for one of the sandwiches I really liked. It is the new Turkey Sausage Sandwich which has 390 calories. I ate one everyday, that means I was eating 1950 calories a week just in breakfast alone. Some days I would have a Bacon Egg and Cheese on a Bagel which was 530 calories for one sandwich. I am in shock, I never really thought about it till now. Without eating that Turkey Sausage Sandwich every day I have saved 1175 calories. I am having a protein shake instead every day with my coffee only adds up to 155 calories every morning.
I guess you just never know until you sit down and really figure it out. Thank goodness for MFP

390 calories isn't really that much. I would never eat that much early in the day, but I know tons of people that eat a lot more than that for breakfast.0

not, it's not that much... I can easily eat 500 calories for breakfast, but i have a lot of different food and it takes me a while to eat it0

I dont think 300 calories for breakfast is a lot. I have the same breakfast sandwich the only difference is that i make it at home with turkey bacon and a thin slice of cheese.0

I think these people are missing the point.. lol
awesome job on the weight loss & now you can remember to check up on what you're eating before you put it in your mouth0 -
Yup they are and that's ok. That is alot of calories for someone who is super overweight. Now I know and I am more aware of what is going into my mouth.0

That isn't very many calories. I have to eat at least 400 cals for breakfast to hit my goal by the end of the day. Of course I don't eat fast food, I love to cook and it is a lot cheaper.0
