Seeking "Older" Ladies who Love to Lift & Workout at Home

I discovered the joys of weightlifting many years ago using the classic Firm videos, but now at age 55, I have been reading a lot of the heavy lifting threads and getting motivated to focus on maintaining/building as much lean muscle as I can!
I workout at home with dumb bells & a barbell. Currently, I am able to bench press 50 pounds, and use 45 pounds for shoulder press, one arm lat rows 35 pounds, biceps curl 20 pound dumb bells, and tricep press 15 pounds each.
For squats & deadlifts I use 50 pounds.
I have used many videos over the years, P90X, Supreme 90, Cathe Freidrich. Chalean Extreme, & many others. I enjoy variety in my workouts, and have never really "done" just one particular program.
Anyways, I am hoping to connect with "young at heart" gals like myself strength training at home. So please add me as a friend in fitness!
