Yes you can. I do a shake in the morning and then have an apple and a handful of peanuts and have one for lunch. Then for dinner I eat a meal itch my family.0

Thanks... Do you know which are the best ones to use.0

I say this as someone who used to drink meal replacement shakes for breakfast because they are convenient and I hate eating in the morning.
First you have to keep in mind that protein shakes and meal replacement shakes are not the same thing. Meal replacement shakes will include all sorts of vitamins and minerals to replace the nutrients you are missing from not eating real food. Protein shakes may include that, but are generally just intended to supplement protein in the diet.
Another thing to remember is that the body doesn't respond the same way to calories from liquids as it does to calories from solids. If you ate 300 calories of chicken breast, you would feel stuffed. If you drank 300 calories of coke, you would be drinking more or less a typical serving.
You should probably also ask yourself whether relying on meal replacement shakes is teaching you to watch your diet better so that you are able to maintain a healthy weight.0
