400+ Calorie Burn, 20 minutes

Here is a simple, effective work out. For those people who need a break from the treadmill.
set your timer for 20 minutes on your stop watch.
5 pull ups (how ever you can get above that bar, kick, jump and pull..etc)
10 push ups
15 sit ups (aim for full sit ups, but crunches will work as well)
repeat, non stop, until the 20 minutes are up.
a chalk board app, or counting marbles are really useful to give yourself a goal each time you do this. I made it to 8 sets in 20 minutes, goal is currently set to 15.. I plan on doing this work out once a week.
