What are you going to do different today vs. yesterday?

Today is a new day. What are you going to do different today to aid you in your weight loss goal vs. yesterday? Tell me I wanna know....

I am going to eat more veggies and drink more water!

    Stay in my goal ;-) Was 25 cals over yesterday. :-( Plus yesterday was a day of rest, so today I workout. :-)

    I will not eat after dinner, drink more water and not go over my calorie goal. I also worked out today and will tonight, yesterday I did not

    I was over my calories (by like 200 yesterday, first time ever.) because my sister surprised me with an extremely caloric chocolate chip muffin...which I ate. Going to work out today and stay within my calorie limit.
