New favorite convenience foods

Only 30 days of MFP so far but it's definitely changing my habits in a hurry. I actually pay attention to sodium and cholesterol for the first time in my life. Fresh fruits and baby carrots are now always on hand but I'm also picking up these items which are helping me get my protein or calories when I am in a hurry.

Campbells Chucky Health Request New England Clam Chowder - A can of this is ready to eat after 3 minutes in the microwave and leaves me feeling really ful and has a load of potassium in it.

Pure Silk Chocolate/Dark Chocolate Almond Milk - My new not so guilty pleasure during breakfast

Greek Yogurt - so many yummy flavors and brands and now Oinkos makes a coffee flavored one

Fiber One Almond Coconut Protein Bar - Almost like an Almond Joy.

I'm shooting for a calorie balance around 1800-2000 per day so if any of these seem too calorie dense for some of you I apologize. Anyone else have any favorites that are ready to roll when they don't have 15 minutes to spend in the kitchen?

    Greek yogurt at the ready in the fridge. I don't eat a ton of meat and each cup of my plain Fage brand has 18 grans of protein.

    Nuts...my favorite snack (talk about calorie dense)

    I keep an emergency box of low sodium soup (Whole Foods 365 brand) in my desk in case I forget a lunch or get stuck at work, I don't have to rely on the poor delivery choices in the area.
