I`m New!!! (Need a change)

HI!!!

I am trying this out!!
I have tried everything on my own ...diets, a lot of exercise, lemon water. lol Nothing stuck
Since I was 10 I was uncomfortable with my weight. My parents tried to help me lose weight at 13 but I ended up gaining more because I like to binge. I am going to be 18. I broke my leg last spring in kick ball game and was very embarrassed that I had to be carried off the field. So I want to change and stick to something. Technically I lost 10 pounds almost every other month but it was the same 10 pounds back and forth. So I figure I would try something new..... I want to live my life. I am 167Ibs I lost 8 Ibs on my own. But I can`t seem to lose more so I am trying this. My goal is 150 short term and long term is 130!!! I have a twin and we are 20 pounds apart she is lighter. So she is where I want to be....the same!! Not referred to as the heavier twin.
