Toast 2 slices of WHOLE WHEAT bread, thinly slice some baked chicken breast and avacado. Amazing!!!!

    With left over turkey, it's really good with avacado in a wrap with tomato and red onion...

    I love avocado on anything! I put it, along with tomatoes, inside of a frozen burrito today. It felt a little healthier and it just added a nice creaminess and extra flavor to it.
